Fall 2024 Ceremonies
The fall Commencement Ceremonies are scheduled to take place in Trask Coliseum on December 14, 2024.
Graduate Programs Ceremony 9 a.m. All master's and doctoral graduates from all five colleges participate in this ceremony.
Doors will open one hour before the ceremony start time. Graduates are required to report to Hanover Gym no later than 45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Each ceremony is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
Graduates who wish to participate in commencement must attend their assigned ceremony. We cannot accommodate any ceremony-change requests.
Departmental Receptions
Many campus departments and academic units will host additional celebrations and receptions from December 12-14. The full schedule of Commencement weekend events will be posted on theDepartmental Receptions pageby November 1.
Order Regalia and RSVP for the Ceremony
The regalia (HerffJones) and RSVP (MarchingOrder) systems are now open!
Students who submitted their Summer 2024 or Fall 2024 graduation applications on or before October 3 have access to those systems now. The remaining graduate upload dates are as follows:

Spring 2025 undergraduates who plan to participate in the Fall ceremony AND complete the Early Commencement Participation application will gain access to the RSVP and Regalia sites upon application approval. Commemorative Program
Each graduate who attended the in-person commencement ceremonies in Trask Coliseum will receive two (2) commemorative programs. The commemorative program contains the names of all summer and fall 2024 graduates.
Graduates who do not attend the ceremony and graduates who would like more than two (2) commemorative programs will have the opportunity order additional programs after the ceremony. There is no charge for the programs, but a shipping and handling fee will be assessed to offset the cost of mailing. All ordered programs will be mailed. Programs cannot be picked up.
The order form will become available on Tuesday, December 17, and will remain open through January 3. All programs will be mailed by January 10.
